Refund policy
We have a 3-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging.
To start an exchange, you can contact us at thecourtside.co@gmail.com or on our WhatsApp number 072 071 8130. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds for any normal circumstances. The only time a refund will be offered is if the wrong product has been sent to a customer and there is no stock of the correct product the customer has ordered. In a circumstance like this a full refund will be issued.
